Exclusive use of the venue facilities and grounds for a ceremony & reception following, for up to 120 people.

 

No guest minimums. 

 

Up to 150 people permitted on site after 8 pm/reception only.

Two large reception buildings.

Three private washrooms.

Custom new bridal suite building.

Fully landscaped + lit courtyard & surrounding grounds.

There are no additional costs associated with a more intimate ceremony, cocktail time + dinner following, with a larger number of guests invited for 8 pm onwards up to our venue capacity for your reception only. This is a unique aspect our venue can offer, and a way our couples often keep it personalized to their visionary day while customizing their wedding budget to suit their needs.

    • option to set tableware yourselves if you wish, or to have your caterer, a wedding planner, or wedding designer of choice set the tables. Otherwise you have the option to have us handle all table setup in full for a flat $500 + HST fee. ( This fee covers setup of linens, cutlery, glassware & dishes of ours  +  your place cards, party favors, candles, your own table décor, menus + additional stationary. Also includes setup + styling of a gift/card table display, guest book table setup, along with decorating of other key spaces as per your vision: bartop, sweets table, memory display. This flat optional fee does not include setup or assembly of backdrops or photo booths.)

  • full tear down of personal belongings + décor end of night for you

  • belongings pickup from storage room the next day by noon

Reception only, remove $500 + HST.

Friday events under 60 people for the entire event, remove $500 + HST.

Friday ceremony + photo events only are available for $2,500 + HST.
