What Makes Us Special
When a little bit of modern farmhouse meets a whole lotta lovely!

Bleeks Homestead Venue was meticulously designed for Bailey & Ryan's September 2020 Covid wedding! The venue features a stunning 5,000 square foot white stone courtyard anchored by balanced and lush landscaping to set the tone for your special event. Ceremonies are set with pretty drifter bench seating along either side of our ten foot wide charcoal concrete aisle, that runs sixty feet in length through the middle of this outdoor space. Following your ceremony, the courtyard is a great spot for mingling with your loved ones, passed canapes from your caterer of choice, a bubbly toast, and all sorts of fun cocktail yard games. At night our courtyard lights up with hundreds of twinkle lights overhead, our gas fire pits & lounge furniture to make this an absolutely lovely spot to hangout and dance the night away.
Off to one side of the landscaped courtyard space you will find our 2,000 square foot cocktail building, with white ship-lapped walls & featuring five sets of double sliding barn doors. These doors open up onto the beautiful outdoor space and in the warmth of May-early fall are great to keep open for the duration of your event. This covered structure is the perfect space for cocktail time and is also well suited as the backup plan for your ceremony in case of inclement weather. Our venue staff fully set this space up for ceremonies if required. There is also ample space inside this building for our custom-made farmhouse style bar, a big dance floor, a table for cards and gifts, as well as a table for a cake, desserts, & other refreshments of choice for the latter part of your event. We also typically like to have some cocktail bar height tables in this space with our barstools, a sofa and few side chairs for lounging. This building is open air, not air conditioned. It does have a furnace for cooler evenings and overhead fans for warmer ones. The sliding barn doors are often open to the courtyard fully for a glorious breeze from May through mid October weddings.

Adjacent to this building, our venue also includes a unique and custom renovated 2,500 square foot white steel Quonset. This is perfectly suited as a dedicated space for your sit down dinner for up to 110 guests comfortably. This space includes 12 custom harvest tables and comfortable cross back chairs. There is also a prep room for your caterers, a walk-in fridge and freezer for our couples + caterers to use for beverages and foods, and a storage room for your personal belongings + décor on your event weekend. This space allows for plated, buffet style or family style dining of your choice with ease, or can simply be used as extra quiet and lounge space for cocktail style only events. The Quonset is often described by photographers as having "perfect lighting" and the "best ambiance" for your reception detail pictures & for your dinner + speeches. This building is open air, not air conditioned. It does have a furnace for cooler evenings and overhead fans for warmer ones.
Another stunning aspect of our venue is the century old dairy barn that offers a truly rustic element to your special occasion. It is the perfect backdrop for your outdoor ceremony, guest speaker and more, with a black iron chandelier in the white front portico. Take a stroll down our wide charcoal concrete aisle up to this pretty façade that balances out our entire venue grounds perfectly.
When you have our venue reserved for your big day, you also have exclusive access to our surrounding gardens for photos out front of our century old farmhouse, under mature maples and throughout mature perennial gardens. These grounds are great for a private first look, wedding party and family portraits just outside of the hustle and bustle of the main venue courtyard.

An elevated rustic, yet contemporary look.
Our venue interiors are designed in a tasteful and clean modern farmhouse aesthetic, with a little bit of industrial flair. Outside, we prioritize neutral but lush landscaping all throughout our venue grounds, with ample annual planters to suit all seasons.

At Bleeks Homestead we include full place settings in our venue rental price - water and wine glasses, silverware, white china plates, and black or white tablecloths and napkins. Each event is managed by one of our on site venue coordinators, who is around for the duration of your wedding to run the property, cleanup throughout, light candles, and assist with other things including but not limited to: ensuring your ceremony starts and ends flawlessly, entrances to dinner, setting up any desserts or reception extras in the dance barn while you and your guests enjoy your dinner in the Quonset etc.
We give each of our couples access to Aisle Planner to manage their vendors, reception layout and day of timeline. We provide full end of night cleanup for you, with belongings and leftovers being picked up the day after your wedding. We also provide a 1 hour drop off and rehearsal window on the Thursday before your big day in the early evening.

Our venue is BYOB, and a -bring in your own caterer- venue! This is a bit unique to the area, but what we love about this is the complete flexibility and customizability each of our couples have with their budget and tastes! Want a 5 course dinner with an open bar? You can have that! What a more affordable but still delicious buffet along with a cash bar? That is also pretty popular around here! We do work with an exclusive short list of local caterers that each of our Bleeks Homestead couples must pick from on their special day. These 7 local catering options have proven to be the best in the area and offer broad price and menu options to suit all tastes. The sky is the limit when it comes to food and beverage services at B & B and just all the ways you can truly customize your wedding on our property.

Everything we offer is yours to enjoy exclusively on your special day, in the comfort and privacy of your closest friends and family - we only host one event per day!
