Rustic Charm Meets Modern Flair.

Bleeks Homestead

Set The Stage

Bleeks Homestead was meticulously designed for Bailey & Ryan's September 2020 Covid wedding. The venue features a stunning 5,000 square foot white stone courtyard anchored by balanced and lush landscaping to set the tone for your special event. It also offers two reception halls, one perfect for a cocktail barn & back up ceremony space, and the alternate for an intimate dinner all the way up to 120 people.

Ceremonies are set with pretty drifter bench seating along either side of our ten foot wide charcoal concrete aisle, that runs sixty feet in length through the middle of this outdoor space up to our rustic old dairy barn facade. Following your ceremony, the courtyard is a great spot for mingling with your loved ones, passed canapes from your caterer of choice, a bubbly toast, and all sorts of fun cocktail yard games. At night, our courtyard lights up with hundreds of twinkle lights overhead, and our gas fire pits & lounge furniture to make this an absolutely lovely spot to hangout and dance the night away.

What We Love

It's All In The Details

Bleeks Homestead offers even greater flexibility than our new riverside event space! You can either hire one of our preferred highly accredited planners to oversee all event details from start to finish, using the venue as a blank canvas for theirs and your designs, or choose to upgrade our standard flat fee to include in-house day-of coordination. If opting for the latter, our dedicated team will manage complete setup and styling of your reception tableware and decor, as well as all welcome and accent tables, and bar decor, just like we offer at Bleeks and Bergamot Riverside.  In either case, the venue comes outfitted with harvest tables and cross back chairs for your reception, and countless other furniture and decor along with premium wine glasses, water goblets, silverware, white china plates and linens. Each couple receives access to Aisle Planner three months before their special day to make pulling all of those final little details together a breeze, and we always remain available to provide one-on-one assistance throughout your entire wedding planning journey anytime you need!

At Beeks Homestead, we collaborate with a select group of highly esteemed local caterers. Our clients appreciate the flexibility to tailor their food selections according to their unique tastes and budgets by booking a from these carefully vetted culinary teams.

From a lively cocktail or tapas-style gathering to a classic three or four-course formal dining experience with passed canapés post ceremony, the possibilities for customizing food service on your special day are endless. There are no minimum spends on food, and no minimum guest counts at our venue - who needs that these days!

Desserts, treats and late night foods can also be sourced from any outside food vendor of your choosing - we strongly believe in letting each couple have their favs on their big day!!

Couples also get the chance to stock their own bar with their favorite beverages. We provide  the bar staff, coffee and tea, iced water stations, as well as glassware and barware. You simply supply the spirits, mixes and garnishes that resonate with you and your guests, and you can drop these off to the venue the Thursday before your big day - we will take care of the rest!  Whether you envision a fully open bar or prefer to offer a complimentary cocktail hour and dinner wines, then transition to a cash bar once the dance floor opens, the decision is entirely yours! This is a much more budget friendly option for your big day, and again offers so much freedom to customize your beverage offerings to your tastes.

Carefully Curated Spaces

Off to one side of our landscaped courtyard you will find our 2,000 square foot cocktail building, with white ship-lapped walls & featuring five sets of double sliding barn doors. These doors open up onto the beautiful outdoor space and in the warmth of May-early fall are great to keep open for the duration of your event. This covered structure is the perfect space for cocktail time and is also well suited as the backup plan for your ceremony in case of inclement weather. Our venue staff fully set this space up for ceremonies if required. There is also ample space inside this building for our custom-made farmhouse style bar, a big dance floor, a table for cards and gifts, as well as a table for a cake, desserts, & other refreshments of choice for the latter part of your event. We also typically like to have some cocktail bar height tables in this space with our barstools,  a sofa and few side chairs for lounging. This building is open air, not air conditioned. It does have a furnace for cooler evenings, and 6 large black ceiling fans for warmer ones. The sliding barn doors are often open to the courtyard fully for a  glorious breeze from May through mid October weddings.

Adjacent to this building, our venue also includes a unique and custom renovated 2,500 square foot white steel Quonset. This is perfectly suited as a dedicated space for your sit down dinner for up to 120 guests. This space includes 12 custom harvest tables and comfortable cross back chairs. There is also a prep room for your caterers, a walk-in fridge and freezer for our couples + caterers to use for beverages and foods, and a storage room for your personal belongings + décor on your event weekend. This space allows for plated, buffet style or family style dining of your choice with ease, or can simply be used as extra quiet and lounge space for cocktail style only events. The Quonset is often described by photographers as having "perfect lighting" and the "best ambiance" for your reception detail pictures & for your dinner + speeches. This building is open air, not air conditioned. It does have a furnace for cooler evenings and some overhead fans for warmer weather.

Another stunning aspect of our venue is the century old dairy barn that offers a truly rustic element to your special occasion. It is the perfect backdrop for your outdoor ceremony, guest speaker and more, with a black iron chandelier in the white front portico. Take a stroll down our wide charcoal concrete aisle up to this pretty façade that balances out our entire venue grounds perfectly

When you have our venue reserved for your big day, you also have exclusive access to our surrounding gardens for photos out front of our century old farmhouse, under mature maples and throughout mature perennial gardens. These grounds are great for a private first look, wedding party and family portraits just outside of the hustle and bustle of the main venue courtyard.
